K-3 Open House

I cannot believe that my sweet baby is starting K-3 this year. It is hard to believe that she has been at North Henry for 3 years. She was so excited about starting back to school and being in Mrs. Katie's class. Here are a few pictures of Ava with her best friend/boyfriend Canon. These two are so cute and all the teachers just have a fit at how they act around each other. Apparently Canon really takes care of Ava and even hangs up her bookbag and lunch box everyday.

Summer Days

I got a new camera for my anniversary so we have really been trying to get some good pictures of Ava lately. Here are a few just hanging out in the backyard.

6 Flags

This was our big field trip of the summer. We got free tickets from reading 6 hours and after putting it off all summer Jennifer and I finally decided we would take 2 3 year olds and brave 6 flags. It was a HOT day but it was actually really fun. Ava had said all summer she didn't want to go so all summer I put it off. Finally after some bribing ( yeah I know, great parenting) she was convinced that it was a fun place. So off we went with Mrs. Jennifer and Aiden.

Putt-Putt

Ever played put-putt with a very sassy, hyper, nap needing 3 year old? Well it makes for a very interesting game. Putt-putt is a Sansbury vacation tradition so I was excited to take Ava to play for the first time. She good in the beginning but as the game progressed her attention for the game was gone. It was fun and at least it is the kind of thing we only do a few times a year!!

Ripley's Aquarim

While the boys were out playing golf Geech and I decided to take Ava to the aquarium to get her out for the day. It was a neat place but it was very crowded. They did have a live mermaid show and Ava was really excited about seeing a mermaid. She actually got to touch the mermaid and ask her questions.

Heading to the Beach

To say we took a lot of stuff to the beach would be an understatement. Plus we had Lindsey's car packed down. I just thought this was pretty funny!!
